She has over 100 publications, and 32 years of research experience. She served for 10 years on the NIH Visual Sciences Small Business Study Section from 2000 – 2010, three times per year. She has written over 100 peer-reviewed publications, including research articles, book chapters, a textbook, patients, and reviews, and completed and published a textbook and lab manual (Kendall Hunt). She has reviewed articles for J. Biol. Chem., Current Eye Res., IOVS, Exp. Eye Res., Biochemistry, Mol. Vis., and many other journals.
