Dr. Rob Parmelee

He had a 30-year career as a research scientist at the University of California, Riverside, the University of Georgia, Rutgers University, and the Ohio State University. His areas of expertise are terrestrial ecology, soil biology, ecosystems and nutrient cycling, agroecology and soil science, entomology, ecotoxicology, and environmental science. He is the author or co-author of 50 peer-reviewed and other scientific publications. He has published in peer-reviewed journals, including Ecology, Bioscience, Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry, Soil Biology and Biochemistry, and Biology and Fertility of Soils. He is currently a science editor and has extensive experience with manuscripts from English-as-second-language researchers.
